
Ma. Redempta C. Caraos, Managing Director
Ma. Redempta C. Caraos, is the Managing Director and School Head of Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center Corp. She graduated Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Adamson University, Manila. After she graduated from college, she took up Masters Degree in Education major in Special Education at University of the Philippines, Diliman Quezon City, while she earned 36 units on the said course. She was the one who started the SpEd Program and Life Skills Program in KTLC, where she attended different trainings/seminars to gain more knowledge in handling kids with different exceptional needs. She participated in the International Developmental Play conference and Developmental Play Level 1 that was held in 2018 at Manila, Philippines where in foreign speakers have taught the importance of play in building good communication and connection with the children.
For Teacher Dem, teaching is a noble profession the reason why she devoted her 15 years of teaching the kids with exceptional needs. She believed that continuous learning is the minimum requirements for success.

Jason P. Vinuya, Operations Manager
Teacher Jason is the center’s Operational Manager. He started as an interventionist in 2012 and received trainings and mentorship directly from the “Father of Kaleidoscope Therapy & Learning Center”, Mr. Avel Vinas and from the Director of the center, Ms. Monaliza Guce. In 2015, he was promoted as the operational manager because of his dedication, loyalty and hard-working attitude. He attended different trainings and seminars given by international and local speakers. He earned his degree in Nursing from Arellano University year 2007.

Arvie S. Andal, LPT, MA, PhD, School Principal
Arvie is a lecturer in the Educational Leadership and Management Department at De La Salle University Manila. He earned his Bachelor’s in Psychology at De La Salle Lipa, his Masters in Education with a major in special education at De La Salle University Manila and is currently taking his PhD in Educational Psychology at De La Salle University Manila.
Arvie handles the course in Child and Adolescent Development for the undergraduate program, as well as Psychology Foundations for Counseling and Educational Psychology (Cognitive Psychology), Teaching Diverse Learners, a practicum in Special Education, and Methods of Research courses for the graduate program.
His interests include working with children with special needs and conducting research in the fields of educational psychology and special education. He also provides consultancy services to educational institutions which offer inclusive education and is a resource speaker for topics on special education. Arvie’s research work includes improving learning capacities and opportunities for diverse learners, social entrepreneurship for children with special needs and their families and integrating technology in education.

Chessalene A. Agbada, Admin Assistant
Chessalene A. Agbada is the Admin Supervisor at Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center, where she has been serving since 2015.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from De La Salle Lipa. Throughout her years at Kaleidoscope, she has developed extensive experience in administrative operations and client services.
Her responsibilities include coordinating therapists’ schedules, managing therapists’ payroll, responding to client inquiries, assisting the center’s Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician, and handling tuition and therapy payments. She is committed to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the center while providing excellent service to students, parents, and staff.
Chessalene is passionate about her work, highly organized, flexible, and dedicated to supporting the mission of Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center in delivering quality education and therapy services.

Airene Joy A. Enriquez, Admin Assistant
Airene Joy Enriquez graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She joined Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center (KTLC) on January 27, 2025, as an Admin Cashier. Her responsibilities include encoding and maintaining the daily schedules of therapists, preparing and recording therapist salaries, receiving tuition fees and other school payments, and responding to inquiries from new clients regarding the therapy department.
Working at KTLC is a great honor for her. She is committed to providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service to parents, clients, and the entire KTLC community. She takes pride in contributing to the center’s mission of supporting children’s growth and development through quality education and therapy services.
