Preschool and Grade School Teachers

Jennylee N. Lagurin, is working at Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center, Corp. as a licensed Elementary teacher since October 2017 up to present.  She took up Bachelor of Elementary Education at Rizal College of Taal from 2008-2012.  She practiced her teaching profession at Balisong Elemetary School.  After her graduation she worked at St. Martin de Tours Parish church as a Catechist from May 2012 to March 2013 and at Gloriousfaith Christian Academy as Elementary teacher from April 2013-April 2017.

In year 2018-2019, she attended Developmental Play Level 1 and Developmental Level 2.  These seminars focused on the Play-based learning under Learner Centered approach.  She was also participated in the International Developmental Play conference in 2018 where in foreign speakers and researchers imparted their thoughts and ideas about the benefits of using Developmental Play in learning

In 2022, she took a Licensure examination for teacher and through her hard work and perseverance she passed the said examination.  At present, she is the school’s coordinator of Learner’s Information System (LIS) and school forms.


Teacher Alex is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English at Romblon State University-Main Campus, Odiongan. Also, she is licensed professional teacher who passed the licensure exam for teachers in September 2015. Her educational background and interest in the developmental of students led her join the different teachers’ training program which honed her skills in teaching.

Teacher Alex is a member of KTLC family for almost 7 years. She joined the family last June 2016. Aside from being a licensed professional teacher, she is also a Certified Developmental Play Practitioner and was also involved in the Developmental Play and Lego Six Bricks research at KTLC. Her loving and dedicated spirit in teaching leads her to find ways in how to further help atypical and typical children be it in attending different seminars or research. She also attended the first International Developmental Play Seminar last April 2019.

She became the Head of the Learning Department for 2 years (S.Y 2021-2022 and S.Y. 2022-2023). Teacher Alex had handled different levels from preschool to grade school. Currently, she is a preschool teacher handling Kindergarten pupil.


Jenny V. Aseron is a dedicated educator with over six years of experience at Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center (KTLC), where she is committed to providing quality and inclusive education to learners with diverse needs. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and is a Licensed Professional Teacher, continuously striving to enhance her knowledge and teaching practices through professional development. Her passion for education is reflected in her patient, compassionate, and learner-centered approach, ensuring that every child is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with students, parents, and fellow educators to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment. She strongly advocates for inclusive education, believing that every child deserves respect, understanding, and equal opportunities to succeed. Guided by her motto, “Every child can learn, grow, and succeed with love, patience, and dedication,” she remains committed to inspiring young minds and making a positive impact on the lives of her learners and their families.


Teacher Louis was born and raised in Taal, Batangas. He graduated from Batangas State University (The National Engineering University) with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. He is a licensed Professional Teacher (LPT). Currently, he is the advisory teacher of 5th Grade at the Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center.

He was one of the contributors and published a study named “Pupils’ Behavior in Modular Distant Learning of Public Elementary School in Rosario Batangas.”

Before becoming a teacher at KTLC, he spent August to November 2022 observing at Julian A. Pastor Memorial Elementary School in Cuta, Batangas City. He also completed on-the-job training (OFT) at Bauan East Elementary School in Bauan, Batangas from January to April 2023.


Jenela S. Hernandez, 25 years old, is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) who passed the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers in 2024. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education, Major in Social Studies, from Rizal College of Taal. Born in Taal, Batangas, she is dedicated to providing quality education and fostering the holistic development of young learners.

Tr. Jela is currently a Grade 1 Adviser at Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center, where she works closely with children in an inclusive learning environment. She is committed to creating engaging, supportive, and learner-centered classroom experiences. To further enhance her professional knowledge and skills, she participated in the Level 1 – Basic Certificate in Developmental Play training in 2025, strengthening her understanding of child development and play-based learning strategies. Through continuous professional growth, she remains passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.

Teacher April is a dedicated educator and currently serves as a Grade 1 adviser at KTLC, committed to providing meaningful and learner-centered educational experiences for young learners. She earned her Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education degree from Batangas State University – The National Engineering University, Lemery Campus. She successfully passed the Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT) in May 2024, marking the beginning of her professional journey in the field of education. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education – Major in Educational Management to further enhance her knowledge and leadership skills in the field.

Passionate about fostering holistic child development, Teacher April continuously seeks opportunities for professional growth. In March 2026, she completed the Developmental Play Level 1 Training, which focused on play-based learning under a learner-centered approach. She advocates for inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences that help children reach their full potential. Guided by her motto, “Every child can learn when given the right support, opportunity, and encouragement,” she strives to inspire, nurture, and empower her learners both inside and outside the classroom.


Teacher Angel is a graduate of Lemery Colleges with a Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd), Major in Social Studies. Born in Lemery, Batangas, she currently serves as the Advisory Teacher of Nursery Students at Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center (KTLC).

Before joining KTLC, she spent five years tutoring elementary learners, where she developed her skills in teaching and supporting children with diverse learning needs. Her dedication, patience, and genuine passion for working with young learners continue to guide her in providing quality education and care to her students.


A graduate of the Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Biological Science, from Rizal College of Taal, he has two years of teaching experience at R. Concepcion Montessori School – Lemery, Inc., handling Junior and Senior High School students. He taught Science subjects, as well as other core and academic subjects. His motto is, “Do it anyway. If it scares you, chase it even more.”
