Marie Carlyn C. Fernandez
Teacher Carlyn works at Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center as the OIC of the Early Intervention Program and an EIP teacher with almost 3 years of experience. Her role involves not only overseeing the program’s daily operations but also actively engaging with parents and caregivers to develop effective strategies that support children’s growth. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Batangas State University in 2023, which helps her understand how children behave and grow, as well as the various emotional and developmental challenges they may face. Her education equips her with a strong foundation to assess and tailor interventions that meet each child’s unique needs. She is dedicated to helping children with special needs and creates a caring environment that encourages their development, fostering a sense of belonging and achievement. Furthermore, she collaborates with other professionals, including speech and occupational therapists, to provide a holistic approach to each child’s progress, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
Baby Jane L. Villostas
Teacher Jane graduated from Lemery Colleges in 2016 with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Technology Livelihood Education (TLE). Currently, she is the kindergarten teacher at Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center. She started as an assistant teacher and became one the Interventionists (main teacher) in the Early Intervention Program of KLTC last school year 2022-2023 & 2023-2024. She attended the Level 1 Basic Certificate in Developmental Play last October 23, 2022. Her love and dedication for this profession taught her the meaning of hard work and perseverance.
Keychelle N. Balba, LPT
Teacher Keychelle Nato Balba serves as an EIP teacher at Kaleidoscope Therapy and Learning Center, bringing nearly a year of heartfelt experience to the Early Intervention Program. She is a licensed professional teacher. Teacher Keychelle earned her Bachelor’s in Culture and Arts Education from Lemery Colleges, equipping her with a deep understanding of how creative expression can support children’s development. Her central mission is to address the individual needs of children with special needs, fostering a warm, supportive space where every child can feel seen, explore freely, and reach their potential. Beyond direct teaching, she works hand in hand with parents, caregivers, and other specialists to provide a holistic, well-rounded approach to care that builds essential skills and sets the stage for their future success.

Criscelle M. Vito, LPT
Teacher Criscelle is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) dedicated to shaping young minds and fostering inclusive learning environments. She graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies, a background that rooted her deep appreciation for community, culture, and social development. Currently, she channels her expertise and passion into early childhood development as an Early Intervention Program (EIP) Teacher. She is highly recognized for her creative approach to education, seamlessly integrating arts and crafts, music, dance, and traditional Filipino games to make learning dynamic, interactive, and joyful for young learners during their crucial formative years.
Driven by her advocacy for inclusive education and early childhood intervention, Teacher Criscelle firmly believes that every child—regardless of their starting point or unique developmental needs—holds the potential to thrive when given the right guidance and support. She places a strong emphasis on collaborating closely with parents and families to build a holistic, nurturing support system for her students. Guided by her personal motto, “True teaching is not just about imparting knowledge, but planting the seeds of hope, confidence, and love in the heart of every child,” she continuously strives to make a lasting impact. Outside the classroom, she stays active and creative by singing, dancing, and enjoying pickleball matches with her family.
Kim Lemuel C. Simara
Teacher Lemuel is a graduate of Rizal College of Taal with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in Science. His life verse is found in Philippians 4:13, which states, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
